The hotel was fabulous, thoroughly enjoyed garden view from our double room. The breakfast was really tasty and lovely, had plenty of food. The property was placed in the countryside location by the coast. And it was also really close to the bus stop, a farm, and Sidbury.
They served pretty standard breakfast, it can definitely be improved.

Truly enjoyed the location and views, they were great! Room was good sized and amenities included central heating, a sitting area and a writing table. Millennium green pond is close enough to the hotel. Our favourite venue in Sidmouth, we recommend it.
